Food Processing Training Batch-II

The conclusion of the Training of the Second batch for fish and food processing was on April 27, 2024. The Foodfest was inaugurated by Dr. Sindha Mendez, (TMS Board Member & Former chairperson of FCDP). Dr. James Joseph, a social worker and research scholar vas the special guest on the occasion and gave away the certificates to the trainees. Fr. Joby Sebastian, Mr. Ajay Shankar Trainer), Fr. Jithin Sebastian and Sr. Mary K., (Ast director) were present.

The foodfest included such items as Fish Fingers, Chicken Roll, kappa puttu, Beef Cutlet, Chicken Curry, Noodles, cakes etc
