Fish and Food Processing


The course of 30 days include training in Bakes and Snacks, catering items etc., besides providing also EDP training. On completion of the training FSSAI license is provided to begin food processing ventures. The program aims at training 90 women per year in good processing


Objectives:
  • To train 90 women per year in food processing
  • To create opportunities for the community in food processing ventures and emerge as entrepreneurs.
  • To help gain an alternate income for the family.
  • To help the community members to start ventures in food processing professionally with FSSAI license.
