Okhi Cyclone - 2017

In 2017 December 15 a team of fifty members, board and staff FCDP and TMS visited the Okhi Cyclone affected areas like Poonthura and Vizhinjam and spent the day with them. On 29 January 2018, Mrs. Jane Lawrence, chairperson, FCDP, handed over a Cheque of Rs.50000 (fifty thousand only) towards Okhi Cyclone Relief fund to secretary, Church of St. Thomas, Poonthura. Dr.Sindha Mendez, chairperson TMS, handed over cheque of Rs.50000 (fifty thousand only) towards Okhi Relief fund to our lady of good voyage church, Vizhinjam.

Relief Kit Distribution
As people were suffering from the rough sea wreaking havoc especially in the coastal stretch between Kakkathope and Eravipuram, rice and groceries were distributed by FCDP to the needy families from Kakkathope and Eravipuram, Kollam.
