The inauguration of new projects, jointly organized by the Fishermen Community Development Programme (FCDP) and Theeradesa Mahila Society, took place on August 30 at 5:45 PM at the Thope Kodimaram Ground. The major initiatives launched included WINGS, WE-SEVA Kendra, and "ALAKAL"WE-AUTOS Season 2 . Additionally, the We Care coupon draw was conducted, and beneficiaries of the We-Auto “Alakal” (Season 2) project.

The newly launched projects are expected to create pathways for empowerment and self-reliance within the coastal community."
