FCDP organized a workshop on organic farming - 1st August 2023

FCDP organized a workshop on organic farming at 10.30 AM on 1st August 2023. Around 50 women from different self-help groups participated in the workshop. The workshop aimed at promoting organic farming for interested women. The session was led by Mrs. Edna Freddy, who has several years of experience in kitchen gardening. The session emphasised on the need for selecting the right seeds for kitchen gardening and preparation of land. The sessions were interactive, and the participants clarified their doubts regarding the subject. The workshop is a part of the WE-LivE project which intends to fill the gaps in the need for sustainable agriculture, which promotes the overall health of each and every individual and also ensures an additional income for the family.
