Organized a Free Diabetes Check-up and Awareness Class

Shifa Medical Centre, in collaboration with the Rotary Club of Quilon West End and the Fishermen Community Development program Kollam, organized a free diabetes check-up and awareness class at FCDP Hall on October 14, 2023. The camp focused on issues related to diabetes. Tests were provided on blood sugar, HbA1c, and diabetic neuropathy. About 40 members participated in the camp. Our sincere appreciation to the doctors, nurses, and staff who assisted at the camp. Besides offering free medical services, the camp was also useful in disseminating information on health-related matters.
