FCDP organized a health awareness class on healthy diet and food patterns for women on September 10th at its hall, with around 30 members participating. The session was expertly conducted by representatives from Prince Christopher Benziger Hospital, who shared valuable insights on nutrition and wellness. The class covered essential topics such as balanced diets, nutrient-rich foods, and meal planning, empowering women with the knowledge to prioritize their health and make informed choices for a healthy lifestyle. The participants gained a better understanding of how to maintain a healthy diet and lifestyle, and were encouraged to adopt positive habits for long-term well-being.
