Leadership training class held

A leadership training was organized for SHG leaders at FCDP Hall on November 10, 2023. It's part of a series of leadership training being held as part of WYEP Project, a program for empowering women and youth by providing them various opportunities and skills to empower themselves. Ms. Anisha B. Chacko was the resource person for the sessions. Over 80 SHG leaders participated in the training. The sessions covered key topics such as communication skills, decision-making, conflict resolution, and financial literacy. Practical exercises and group discussions were incorporated to facilitate hands-on learning. The training also focused on instilling a sense of confidence and motivation among the leaders, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment within the SHGs.
