Organization Management Workshop for Women

As part of the We-LivE Project, the Fishermen Community Development Programme (FCDP) organized an Organization Management Workshop exclusively for women on August 25, 2025, at the FCDP Hall. The program aimed to enhance leadership and management skills among women participants, empowering them to take active roles in organizational development. The sessions were conducted by Ms. Deleena and Ms. Krishna Priya, who, through interactive discussions and practical exercises, helped participants to understand the principles of effective group management. The workshop included hands-on training and focused on building confidence, developing problem-solving skills, fostering team leadership, and promoting organizational growth. Participants were encouraged to engage actively in discussions and practical activities, making the learning experience highly meaningful and impactful.
