Takes a Strategic Step Forward with SWOT Analysis

FCDP recently organized a comprehensive SWOT analysis class to gain a deeper understanding of the challenges and strengths within their working spheres. This initiative aims to accurately shape the organization's development pathway for the future. Led by social activist and international coach Mrs. Jijo Joy, the training encouraged FCDP activists to assess their activities and examine their strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threads in detail. Through interactive group discussions, participants shared their thoughts and assessments, putting forward suggestions and possibilities that could benefit the organization's growth.Mrs. Jijo emphasized the importance of maximizing local resources and aligning the organization's inner capabilities with the needs of society. Fr. Saji Elambasseryil, Director of FCDP-TMS, highlighted the significance of such analyses for future direction and better decision-making in his introductory speech The program saw active participation from all FCDP staff providing them with an opportunity to enhance their thinking and knowledge.
