Staff Training program conducted at FCDP

Training program for staff members of FCDP and TMS was conducted at FCDP hall on Thursday, 23rd May 2023. 15 staff members participated in the one-day training program. The resource person for the training program was Dn. Rubin Mathew. The program started at 10 am. The topics for the sessions included problems faced by children and youth in this area, their situation, managing the teens and youth, and life skills. The life skills session was taught through various games and activities. He conveyed the message of teamwork, leadership, concentration, and potential through these games. The trainees, being the animators of various children’s and youth groups, dealt with a lot of issues relating to them and thus had many concerns. All their concerns were addressed by the resource person. The program ended by 3.00 PM.
