Vegetable Seedlings Distributed under WE-LivE Project

As part of the WE-LivE project, FCDP distributed vegetable seedlings and organic fertilizer in Marutthadi on 18/10/2025. Mrs. Aida, a former beneficiary, led the program, sharing expertise on successful vegetable farming practices. She encouraged participants to expand organic farming beyond kitchen gardens and collaborate with Krishi Bhavans for income generation. About 25 women participated, receiving seedlings and fertilizer. The event promoted sustainable agriculture, empowering women to improve their livelihoods and contribute to community development. The program aimed to enhance food security and nutrition, while fostering a sense of community and environmental stewardship. The participants expressed gratitude for the initiative, eager to implement their newfound knowledge.
