WE-LivE Workshop Conducted

A workshop on Group Management for the second batch of women entrepreneurs was held on June 20, 2023, at FCDP Hall, where 63 women participated. The workshop aimed at promoting group enterprises and discussed various topics such as group dynamics, leadership skills, conflict management etc. The sessions were handled by Sr. Mary K. (Assistant Director, TMS) and Fr. Jithin Mattamundayil (Assistant Director, FCDP). Games, group discussions, and activities made the sessions more effective and interesting. Group enterprises have long been a major challenge in the coastal regions and we hope that the sessions would pave the way for a change in attitude and open up vistas for successful group ventures.
