An Onam with covid protocols

The Onam Celebration held at Don Bosco, College Junction, though symbolic came as a welcome surprise to the members of Don Bosco Youth Forum. For the past two years, due to the pandemic, Onam has not been celebrated as a huge event as it used to be. The mini- onam celebration was organized for the Don Bosco Youth Forum following strict Covid protocol with limited number of youth members. The on-stage competitions included thiruvathirakali, onapaattu, and onasandesham. Following this, the youth representatives also participated in tug of war, musical chairs, and uriyadi. The short program kept alive the spirit of joy and happiness that Onam brings.
