Session on Corportate Skills

Mr. Febin R ( Senior L&D Manager , SBI Life ) took a session on Corporate Skills to the VII batch students of DB. Tech, Kollam on 10/4/2015. The session was about various skills such as, Time Management, Professional and Personal Goal setting, Team work, Communication skills etc. The session was conducted in such a way to ensure that all the participants were engaged and involved to the training content throughout the 3 hrs session. The content was filled with fun activities, story and games to ensure a joyful learning to the participants . The session helped the students to understand how to behave in a professional environment to be successful as a corporate employee..
