Food Fest

The food fest marking the conclusion of the final batch of fish and food processing training given under the guidance of Mr. Ajay Shankar was held today 18th October at 12 30 pm. Organized under the banner of FCDP & TMS, the food fest had more than 50 varieties of food items prepared by the students who underwent the training.

Mr. Binu Balakrishnan, Taluk officer, District Industries Center, Kollam inaugurated the food fest. Mrs. Vinitha Vincent, councilor, Pallithottam, Rev. Fr. Joby Sebastian, Director, FCDP- TMS, Rev. Fr. Sunny Uppan, Rector and Parish Priest, St Stephen's Church, Thope, Mrs. Agnes John, President, TMS, spoke during the ceremony that preceded. The function was attended by benefactors, well wishers, board and staff of FCDP. Everyone was in praise of the unmatched culinary skills of the trainees and the delectable taste of the dishes.
